Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
We work exclusively with Yurtiçi Kargo for all domestic deliveries. Every shipment is fully insured against damage during transit.
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $250. Flat rate $15 for smaller orders.
- Delivery timeframe: Because many of our concrete matrices are poured-to-order, please allow 3-5 business days for curing before dispatch. Transit typically takes 1-2 business days thereafter.
- You will receive an automated tracking number via email once the piece leaves our Istanbul atelier.
International Shipping
We routinely ship globally via DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your parcel weight and exact destination.
- Europe: 2-4 business days via DHL.
- North America: 3-6 business days via DHL.
- Rest of World: 4-8 business days via DHL.
Please note: The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, or local taxes levied by the destination country.
Returns & Concrete Liability
The 14-Day Window
Due to the hyper-specific sizing of rigid metal and the curing nature of our materials, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The jewelry must be completely unworn, utterly scratch-free, and inside its original industrial packaging.
Understanding the Medium
Concrete is inherently imperfect. Micro-bubbles (voids), slight color variations depending on the humidity during the pour, and microscopic surface hairline crazing are not considered defects. They are the signature of the material. We absolutely do not accept returns based on these natural characteristics.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us directly at returns@fuuf.studio. The buyer assumes the financial responsibility for return shipping costs unless a structural defect is proven in the sterling silver or titanium components.
